CMD Credit Statement
This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 7.5 management hours and 4.5 clinical hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by the ABPLM. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.
American Academy of Family Physicians
The AAFP has reviewed ALMDA Annual Conference 2022 and deemed it acceptable for up to 12.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 07/22/2022 to 07/24/202s. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
